Our Aftercare Program

Our service affords your firm an Aftercare program for the families you serve. The service can be administered entirely by your firm, if you have an established Aftercare staff in place, or it can be administered by Contemporary Concepts with minimal involvement from your firm. Our service is directed to Families who have suffered the loss of a loved one. Our memorial volumes are designed to provide these families with the sincere and necessary feelings of comfort, consolation and hope during the most difficult time in their lives. The uplifting message of the volumes leaves a positive and indelible impression on the families.
How Our Service Works
Your Firm Submits Request Your firm notifies us through a customized, secure online "log in" page on our website and provides information for the personalized volume. Family Notification We mail a "Message of Sympathy" directly to the family that explains the personalized memorial volume gift they will receive.
Volume Personalized We engrave the name of the deceased in gold on the cover of the volume and your firm is prominently identified in the front of the volume as the provider of this gift to the family. Volume Mailed to Family The completed volume is mailed directly to the family of the deceased and is timed to arrive seven to ten days after the funeral service; a time when the family is finally left alone to deal with their grief.
